As part of our priority to Engage the Next Generation, in the summer of 2016 we helped 8 NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) young people from local charity Small Green Shoots put on a series of musical performances in Pancras Square.

To help provide these young people with the skills they needed to deliver these live performances, Urban Partners facilitated six weekly masterclasses from Argent, Eurostar, Grant Thornton, The Guardian, Produce UK and Springer Nature on marketing and branding, PR, health & safety, managing events, website development and budgeting.

Over four weeks, young up-and-coming talent including Mullally, Laura Misch, Alexa Harley, Anjelo Dissons and Gabriella Vixen, performed to employees on their lunch breaks.
